Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy is one of the most researched non-invasive wellness tools available today — and now it's available right here in Bloomfield.

At Bloomfield Wellness Club, we've invested in the Rouge Ultimate G4, a full-body panel featuring eight research-backed red and near-infrared wavelengths designed to support your body from the surface down to deep tissue. Whether you're recovering from a tough workout, managing joint discomfort, or simply investing in your long-term wellbeing, a 20-minute session does the work.

Red and near-infrared light energizes your cells at the mitochondrial level, supporting your body's natural processes of repair, circulation, and renewal. No needles, no downtime, no complicated protocols. Just light, science, and consistency over time.

It's the kind of recovery tool that used to exist only in elite performance facilities. Now it's part of what makes Bloomfield Wellness Club more than a gym.

Benefits include, but not limited to:

  • Muscle recovery and reduced post-workout soreness

  • Joint and tissue comfort support

  • Improved circulation

  • Skin rejuvenation and collagen support

  • Energy and sleep support

  • General wellness and stress reduction

Single Session

Available for purchase on April 19th. Perfect for a quick glow-up with real, lasting benefits.

12 Pack RLT

Available for purchase on April 19th. For optimal results, we recommend scheduling 3 red light therapy sessions per week. Chiropractic Care

Dr. Amanda Mei, DC, practices from an evidence-based, goal-oriented perspective.

A helpful way to understand her philosophy on Chiropractic care is to view her as a musculoskeletal expert. She has extensive knowledge of the spine and joints throughout the body, the nervous system and its role in motor and sensory function, as well as the muscular system.

Using her in-depth expertise, Dr. Mei integrates care across all three systems. Her treatment approach includes spinal and joint manipulation, along with soft tissue techniques such as myofascial release and trigger point therapy. She also utilizes dry needling (contemporary medical acupuncture). By addressing all three systems, this comprehensive approach helps reduce muscle tension, restore joint function, and target the root cause of injuries and pain.

With a goal-oriented perspective, Dr. Mei treats each patient as a whole. As the patient’s condition improves, she provides tools for independent management—such as stretching, strengthening, and ergonomic guidance—while gradually tapering care to an as-needed basis or occasional “tune-ups” to help maintain optimal health and function.

Conditions that Dr. Mei can help you with include, but are not limited to:

Musculoskeletal Conditions

  • Back pain (acute and chronic)

  • Neck pain

  • Sciatica

  • Joint pain (shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, wrists)

  • Muscle strains and ligament sprains

  • Tendinitis

  • Bursitis

  • Osteoarthritis

  • Degenerative Disc Disease
