FAQ’s
What services do you offer?
Our Phase One launch includes an open-membership gym designed to give our community a welcoming space to train freely. Once we open our doors, we will offer personal training and semi-private group training sessions for those who want more guidance and accountability. As we continue to develop our space, Phase Two of our launch will introduce additional wellness amenities, such as a sauna, changing rooms, showers and access to other healthcare practitioners, expanding the support we can provide. Our priority right now is getting people in the doors, moving toward their goals, and feeling their best—and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience as we grow our services to serve you even better.

Is the whole club 18+?
No — the entire club is not strictly 18+. However, because the gym is unstaffed during certain hours, you must be 18 or older to hold an open gym membership. Younger participants are absolutely welcome to join our personal training or semi-private training sessions, where supervision is provided. They’re also welcome to visit any of our healthcare practitioners, attend events, or participate in any other supervised services we offer.
Do I need a membership to participate?
You do not need a membership to participate, but you will need to download the Bloomfield Wellness Club app, which serves as your digital key card for entering the facility and will soon help you navigate all of our services. If you’ve been granted a guest pass, your guests will also need to download the app and complete the waiver. If you’d prefer not to commit to a membership, you’re welcome to purchase drop-in sessions or purchase our weekly membership. And if you’re visiting exclusively for personal training sessions, our access technology will allow you to enter the facility up to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
What are your hours of operation?
To start, our facility hours will be 5:30 AM–11:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 8:00 AM–6:00 PM on Sundays. We’ll continue to monitor the club usage and adjust these hours as our community grows. Doors will open ten minutes before opening time so you can be ready to begin your workout right at 5:30 AM.
Are personal trainers available?
Personal trainers will be available in the new year, offering both one-on-one and semi-private training options so you can begin working toward your goals with expert support.
Can I freeze or cancel my membership?
Yes, you can freeze your membership for a minimum of one month and up to a maximum of four months. There is a $15 administration fee to place your membership on hold, and all details regarding pauses can be found in your membership contract.
